How do I know when to top up my Pay As You Go eSIM?

The Trigger Warning feature on our prepaid eSIM lets you know when you’re running low on credit and need to top up.

What is the Trigger Warning feature?

It is an automatic notification that reminds you to top up your Pay As You Go eSIM.

When your credit gets to a certain amount you will receive a message saying your balance has reached below $3 and you should consider topping up. It will also let you know what your available balance is.

You can buy more credit on the spot through our app or the Top Up page on our website. You will need to log into your account using the same email address and password you used when you bought the eSIM service.

Saving your credit card details allows you to top up using a shortcode. You can dial *655$$# at any time and simply enter the amount you want to top up with.

How to cancel the Trigger Warning

If you would like to change the warning level or cancel the reminder, you can get in touch with us at info@esim.net. You will need to quote your UK phone number.

If you change your mind and want to receive the notifications again after cancellation, you can follow the same process and send us an email.

For any payment issues or any other technical difficulties, you can get in touch with our support team at support@esim.net.
