How do I lift the Age Restriction Bar on my line?

By default, the Age Restriction Bar is set to ON by O2.

To have this lifted please email us a proof of age document such as your passport or driving licence. We will then send it to the network who will normally lift this bar within 48 UK business hours. A restart of your handset will then be required.
