What do I do if I change my phone?

Once an eSIM plan has been downloaded to a particular phone it cannot be downloaded to another phone.

However, if you have our O2 plan and you change your phone you can transfer your phone number and credit on your eSIM service to the new phone.

In order to do this you must email us at support@esim.net. We will then issue you with a replacement QR code.
