As well as the allocated data, each O2 UK Domestic plans allow unlimited calls to UK mobile numbers and landlines. The 50GB plan offers 50GB of data in the UK and 500 minutes of inclusive international minutes from anywhere in the EU or UK to anywhere in the EU or UK. Whereas the Unlimited plan offers unlimited data in the UK and 2,000 minutes of of calls from anywhere in the EU or UK to anywhere in the EU or UK.
All of the plans support free roaming in the countries below.
You are not allowed to use the product for any of the following.
- Calls to Premium numbers
- Calls to UK 08 non-geographic numbers
- Usage outside the UK, EU, EEA or Switzerland
- International calls outside the inclusive minutes
The O2 Domestic product comes with an option to allow overage charges of up to £25. This is selected at checkout. However this is subject to detailed online credit checks.
If you use the O2 Domestic product without overage outside the countries below or for any calls above it will use up your allowance and you will not be able to roam for the rest of the calendar month. Neither will you be able to make any international calls.
If you use the O2 Domestic product with overage outside the countries below or for any calls above once your overage allowance has been used up you will not be able to roam for the rest of the calendar month. Neither will you be able to make any international calls.
In both cases your full allowances will be renewed on the 1st of the new month.
