How do I cancel my service?

You can cancel your subscription service at any time by first signing into our web site.

Then select ‘Account’ in the top menu

Go to ‘MyeSIM’ in the dropdown.

Hit the ‘View Settings’ button of the plan that you wish to cancel and hit the ‘Cancel Plan’ button at the bottom.

Note that the plan will continue to work UNTIL THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD ( usually 30 days ).

After this time the eSIM service will be terminated completely. You will not be able to get a signal on the line and the telephone number will be lost.
