Why do I see 5G/LTE/4G/3G but have no internet?

If you're seeing 5G/LTE/4G/3G but have no internet, here is what to check:

    Check Data Plan and Usage: Check that you haven’t exceeded your data allowance by going to MyeSIM. To do so, select the eSIM and view the data usage. It should not be more than what your plan allows.

      If you still have no internet, then email support@esim.net
