What does “extension” mean for my eSIM plan?

When you buy an eSIM, there are two types of plans:

1. 30-day rolling plans

• These renew automatically every 30 days.
• There is no option to extend them for 3 or 6 months in advance.
• They continue month-to-month until you cancel.
  

2. Fixed-term plans (e.g., 3 months or 6 months)

• You pay upfront for the full period.
• Once the chosen period ends, the plan automatically switches to monthly renewals unless you cancel.
• This is what we mean by an “extension” after your fixed term ends, the plan keeps going on a rolling monthly basis unless you actively stop it.

Note: At checkout, you’ll see whether your eSIM is a rolling 30-day plan or a fixed-term plan with extension. All details are clearly shown before purchase.
