Why can I not access ChatGPT when using my eSIM?

A very small amount of our data only plans will require you to change the APN should you wish to access ChatGPT. If this is the case you will need to manually change the APN from mobile.three.com.hk to firoam. 

None of our eSIMs have restrictions with accessing Google.
