At eSIM.net, we pride ourselves on providing prompt and experienced eSIM support. If you have a technical problem, please ask our ChatBot (bottom right of each webpage) or search the FAQs in our Helpdesk before contacting us, as most answers can be found there. The ChatBot is very capable, can run line checks, and can answer most questions in any language.
If you still need help, you can email support@esim.net. Please be aware that it will usually be quicker to get an answer from the ChatBot.
Please include your order/invoice number beginning with W in the subject line, for example: W123456. If your eSIM service has a telephone number, please include that too, together with the plan name.
