What is included in my O2 Premium plan?

Each O2 Premium plan allows unlimited calls to UK mobile numbers and landlines and unlimited SMS’s to UK mobile numbers. All 50GB, 20GB and Unlimited plans offer an amount of inclusive international minutes and texts between the UK and EU, and should you wish to call other countries there are optional international minute bolt-ons available.

All of our Premium O2 plans include “Roam Like At Home”, where you can freely use your allocated data in the EU (and some other countries) as if you are in the UK, and receive calls on your UK number free of charge.

1. The 20GB/50GB plan includes 500 includes 500 minutes of calls within the EU, allowing you to call anywhere in the EU and back to the UK from anywhere in the EU without charge.  

2. The Unlimited plan includes up to 2,000 minutes of calls within the EU and unlimited calls within the country. 

Dialing when roaming:

To call back to the UK or locally when roaming in the EU, you should use the international dialing format: +(country code) followed by the number without the leading zero (0).

For example, to call UK number 07123456789, you would dial +447123456789. The same applies to texting.

Roam Like At Home includes the following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (Incl Azores and Madeira), Reunion, Romania, Saint Martin, San Marino, Slovak Rep, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City.

The following are outside your plan and will be charged for:

1. Calls to Premium numbers 

2. Calls to UK 08 non-geographic numbers 

3. SMS’s to Premium or short numbers 

4. Usage outside the UK or EU 

5. International calls outside the inclusive minutes
