How to install and use your eSIM

First confirm with our Customer Care Bot that your phone model has an eSIM.

Ensure that your phone is unlocked.

You will need an eSIM service plan to use the eSIM on your device.

This comes in the form of a QR code that we send to you by email when you purchase the service

To set up an eSIM with a QR code, follow these steps:

Note that the Default Voice Line controls which line you place calls from by default. It does not block calls to your other line. Incoming calls ring the number that’s dialled, as long as that line is turned on and has signal. To receive calls on both numbers, keep both lines enabled. You can change the outgoing line per call.
