Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is a 7 digit code starting with 'W' followed by 6 numerical digits.
It is stated in the confirmation email that you received when you ordered the eSIM from us.
Note: If your order number does not match the format It is possible you have ordered from another provider not eSIM.net. Therefore we will not be able to access you order details and you should go to the actual provider for support.
