To get your PAC code, please contact our support team at support@esim.net. They will verify your details and send you the PAC code, which is valid for 30 days. You can then give this to your new provider to port your number.
Our support team only provides PAC codes for Vodafone UK, O2 UK including O2 SMS Only GLOBAL , EE UK and EE Travel plans.
They do not provide PAC codes for Vodafone Travel, O2 Travel, Three, Bouygue, Orange Spain & SFR plans.
Note: If you have a Vodafone Travel or O2 Travel plan, you can continue using the same number with eSIM.net by extending the plan. If the plan is set to end, log in to My eSIM, select the plan and choose Extend Plan before the service ends. Once the plan has ended, the number cannot be retained.
