How do I cancel my service?

You can cancel your subscription service at any time by first signing into our web site.

Click on the Account icon

Go to ‘MyeSIM’ in the dropdown.

Hit the ‘Select eSIM button of the plan that you wish to cancel and hit the ‘Cancel Plan’ button at the bottom.

Note that the plan will continue to work UNTIL THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD ( usually 30 days ).

After this time the eSIM service will be terminated completely. You will not be able to get a signal on the line and the telephone number will be lost.

Important Note:

If you see (Status – Cancels at Period End), you will not be able to cancel your plan. This means you either purchased a non-recurring plan or you have already cancelled your rolling subscription. These plans will automatically end at the close of your subscription period and do not need to be cancelled manually. Non-recurring plans include:

  • Data only Travel plans
  • Bouygues plans
  • Plans purchased as 30 day, 3-month or 6-month

Note: Bouygues Telecom and Orange World 20GB plans are non‑recurring (one‑off) and expire automatically. Because of this, you may not see a Cancel Plan option in the My eSIM portal—no cancellation is needed.
