How do I enter eSIM DP+ and activation code manually?

While scanning the QR code is the easiest way to activate your eSIM, there may be situations when you need to enter the activation details manually. Both iPhones and Android phones allow you to do this.
Here's how you can manually enter the eSIM activation string:

Find the Activation Details:

When you purchased your eSIM service, you would have received an email with your activation string. It will look something like this:

• SM-DP+ Address: vuk-gto.prod.ondemandconnectivity.com
• Activation Code: 0HZBFSTT8SAIT4U5

Manually Enter the Details:

• Open your eSIM settings on your device.
• Enter the SM-DP+ address and Activation Code exactly as provided in the email.

Leave the Confirmation Code Blank:

• The Confirmation Code field is not required. You can leave this blank during the manual activation process.

If you are porting your number to our service, please note the following:

• O2 Port-ins: You’ll receive your QR code as soon as your order is processed. The connection should become active within 48 UK business hours.
• Vodafone Port-ins: QR codes are not sent immediately. You will receive your QR code once the port-in is completed, which typically takes up to 48 UK business hours.
