How do I reconnect my line?

If your line has been disconnected perhaps due to a payment failure because of a temporary problem with your bank then don’t worry. If you act within 7 days you will be able to reconnect your line and not lose your phone number.

To do this just go to the MyeSIM portal and select your line. Then hit ‘Reconnect’. You may be asked to enter a credit card and then your line should be reconnected.

Once your reconnection is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a new QR code. Please note that you cannot reuse your old QR code, you’ll need to scan the new one to resume service on your same line and number.

If you get the error "There is a problem reconnecting your service", it means that it has been more than 7 days since the payment failure and the line cannot be reconnected.
