How do I top up my eSIM plan?
Most eSIM.net plans are prepaid and do not support manual top-ups once activated. However, some plans can be extended from the My eSIM portal while they are still active.
Plans that may be extendable:
- Vodafone Travel plans
- O2 Travel plans
- EE Travel plans, including EE Europe Travel
- UK Domestic 30-day rolling plans, which renew automatically unless cancelled
How to check whether your plan can be extended:
- Log in to your eSIM.net account.
- Go to Account > My eSIM.
- Select the active plan.
- If an Extend option is shown, follow the steps in the portal to extend the plan.
Important:
- You must extend while the plan is still active. If the plan has already expired, you may need to buy a new plan.
- Extending an eligible full-service Travel plan keeps the same mobile number.
- The extension price is shown in My eSIM before payment.
- Extending a Travel plan does not restore service in the same calendar month if a spend cap has already been triggered.
- Data-only plans cannot be extended to keep a phone number because they do not include a usable mobile number.
- Bouygues Europe plans (20GB / 60GB / 120GB), Orange World, Orange Spain, SFR/SFR France, Three Travel and most data-only plans cannot normally be topped up or extended. When the data is used or the plan expires, you must purchase a new eSIM.
