I cannot access my account ( for MyeSIM )

If you cannot log into your account, first check that you are using the email address used at checkout and try the login or password reset steps below. If those steps do not work, it may be because you made a typo when purchasing your product, in which case please use the email update options below.

If you bought an eSIM from eSIM.net, your purchase is linked to the email address used at checkout.

To log in, go to esim.net, click the person icon at the top-right of the page, and enter the email address used for your order and your password.

If you do not know your password, click Forgot Password on the login page and enter the email address used for your order. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the reset email.

If you cannot find the reset email, check that you are using the exact email address used for the order, check your spam/junk folder, and make sure your mailbox is not full.

If your account has been locked after several failed login attempts, stop trying repeatedly and use the password reset option. If that does not work, contact support@esim.net with your order number, mobile number, ICCID, or payment details.

Option 1: Simple Email Update

If you realize you made a typo, you can still access your purchase:

  1. Log in to esim.net using the incorrect email address (the one with the typo).

  2. Go to Account > Change Email Address and enter your correct address.

  3. Navigate to MyeSIM, select your eSIM, and click Resend QR Code.

Option 2: "Email Already in Use" Error

If you try to update your email and see an error saying the address is already in use, it means you have a duplicate account (Account B) under your correct email. To fix this, you’ll need to do a quick "email swap":

  • Step A: Log in to the correct account (Account B). Change that email to any temporary "dummy" address (e.g., temp@email.com). This frees up your real email.

  • Step B: Log out and log back in using the incorrect email (Account A).

  • Step C: You can now change Account A to your correct email address.

  • Step D: Go to MyeSIM and click Resend QR Code to receive your eSIM.
