What is the KYC process for eSIM products?

For the vast majority of eSIM.net's products, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not required. However, for a very few select products ( Montenegro and Serbia local plans ), this is a mandatory step to comply with regulatory and security standards.

1. Select Your Plan: Once you choose a plan that requires KYC (such as the Montenegro Tourist 15 ), you will proceed with the checkout.
2. KYC Verification: After checkout, you'll be prompted to complete the KYC process. This involves sharing a valid form of identification as requested. This step is simple and straightforward.
3. Approval: Your identity will be reviewed, and once approved, this may take up to 24 hours. Confirmation: After approval, you'll receive an order confirmation, and you’ll be able to enjoy the services.
