Each O2 plan allows unlimited calls to UK mobile numbers and landlines and unlimited SMS’s to UK mobile numbers.

All 50GB, 20GB and Unlimited plans offer an amount of inclusive amount of calls from the UK to EU, and should you wish to call other countries there are optional international minute bolt-ons available.

All of our O2 plans include “Roam Like At Home”, where you can freely use your allocated data in the EU (and some other countries) as if you are in the UK, and receive calls on your UK number free of charge.

 

To call back to the UK or locally when roaming in the EU, you should use the international dialing format: +(country code) followed by the number without the leading zero (0).

For example, to call UK number 07123456789, you would dial +447123456789. The same applies to texting.

The following are outside your plan and will be charged for. To make such type of calls you will need to add “Overage” during Checkout, this is up to £25 which will be charged to your payment card.

At checkout, you also have this option option to add Overage to the value of £25.
