PUK/PIN Codes for eSIM Plans

If you're facing issues with your eSIM due to a PIN or PUK code, here's what you need to know:

  1. Vodafone Plans: Vodafone does not provide PUK/PIN codes, and we don't recommend adding a PIN code to your eSIM. If your eSIM is locked with a PIN code, please request a new QR code for activation.
  2. O2 Plans: We do provide the PUK/PIN code for O2 plans. If you need it, please reach out to support@esim.net, and our team will assist you.
  3. Data Only Plans: We provide the PUK/PIN code for Data Only plans. Please contact support@esim.net for assistance with obtaining the PUK/PIN code.
