Which compatible devices support eSIM Technology?

Want to know whether your phone supports eSIM?

You can ask our Customer Care ChatBot by providing your phone make and exact model, for example iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S23 or Google Pixel 8.

You can also check your phone yourself:

• Dial *#06#: open your phone keypad and dial ( *#06# ). If your device supports eSIM, it should show an EID.
• Check your settings:
  • iPhone: go to Settings > General > About and look for EID.
  • Android: go to Settings > About phone or Settings > Connections > SIM manager and look for EID or Add eSIM.

Important: your phone must also be carrier-unlocked to use an eSIM from another provider. On iPhone, go to Settings > General > About > Network Provider Lock. If it says “No SIM restrictions”, your iPhone is unlocked.

Note: SEID is not the same as EID. An EID is the 32-digit number linked to your phone’s built-in eSIM chip. SEID is related to the device’s secure element and does not prove that the phone supports eSIM.
