What does “extension” mean for my eSIM plan?
Extension refers to adding more time to your current plan via the portal, keeping your number and continuing the plan beyond its original expiry.
- Rolling 30-day plans: Automatically renew every 30 days like UK domestic plans; cannot be extended for multiple months in advance. hey can be cancelled at any time.
- Fixed-term Travel plans (e.g., 3 or 6 months): Paid upfront during checkout. Should you wish to extend further you must do this within 30 days of the 3 or 6 month expiry.
Note: Extension is always managed through the My eSIM portal. At checkout, you will see bundled month offers.
