How do I change ( upgrade or downgrade ) my plan and keep the same number?

You cannot change your plan if you have a Vodafone Travel or O2 Travel Product.

However if you want to upgrade or downgrade your O2 or Vodafone Standard or Premium plan to a plan offering a different amount of data/calls you can change it by logging into your account on esim.net and navigating to Account > My Esim> Select eSIM> Change Plan. NOTE HOWEVER THAT WHEN YOU UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE YOUR PLAN THE CHANGES WILL NOT TAKE PLACE UNTIL THE 1ST OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH.

If you want to change from O2 to Vodafone ( or vice-versa ) you need to request a PAC code from us and use this PAC code when you purchase a new plan.
