Can I re-scan my QR code to re-install the eSIM?

In most cases, you can re-install an eSIM on the same device after deleting it, but this depends on the mobile network provider.

  • Some plans allow up to 3 re-installs on the same device.
  • Others may allow only 1 installation, and after deleting it, the QR code may no longer work.
  • Once a QR code becomes invalid, it cannot be reused or installed on another device.

NOTE THAT YOU MUST DELETE THE ESIM EACH TIME BEFORE RE-INSTALLING.

If you use up all of the 3 attempts to install there is nothing that we can do and you will need to purchase a new eSIM.
